Terms of Service

1. Service provider

The service is provided by VertexWorks OÜ (reg. 17599366) (Tallinn, Estonia). Contact: info@vertexopti.ee.

2. Description of the service

VertexOpti is a web-based heat pump analysis tool that, based on data entered by the user, provides an estimated overview of heat pump efficiency, identifies potential issues and offers recommendations. It is not a certified energy audit or an engineering service.

3. User obligations

• Provide true and accurate data.
• Not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Not attempt to damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to the system.
• Respect intellectual property — reports are for personal use.

4. Limitation of liability

The estimates presented in the report are informational and do not replace the advice of a qualified specialist. VertexWorks OÜ is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from decisions made on the basis of the report. Before making investments or changing device settings, we recommend consulting a certified installer.

5. Intellectual property

The website, analysis models, trademarks and report designs all belong to VertexWorks OÜ. The user may download and share the report content for personal use.

6. Account and termination

An account is created during the first analysis based on the email address. The user may request deletion of their account and data at any time by writing to info@vertexopti.ee. The service provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these terms.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Data is stored in a secure Supabase (EU) database; emails are sent via the Resend platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect upon publication. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Estonia apply. Disputes are settled in Harju County Court if the parties cannot reach an agreement.
