Common bottlenecks

Do any of these sound familiar?

Common situations where it's worth reviewing your settings.

High electricity bill

Your winter costs feel much higher than your house size and usage would suggest.

The pump runs constantly

The compressor runs with short pauses or doesn't stop at all — costing more and wearing out the unit.

Rooms are too cold

One room is cool, another is warm. The heating curve or balance isn't right for the house.

What does the on-site system audit include?

  • System operation check
  • Review of existing settings
  • Heating curve check
  • Flow and return temperature check
  • Domestic hot water setting check
  • On-site optimisation of suitable settings
  • Documentation of changes made
  • Final recommendations

The price does not include repairs, spare parts or more complex maintenance work.

If a required setting needs manufacturer-level service or installer access, making the change depends on system access and the specific model.

If a problem needs more extensive intervention

The on-site system audit aims to assess the system's condition, optimise settings and identify possible issues.

If the audit reveals the problem needs more extensive diagnostics, repairs, spare parts or large-scale setting changes, a separate quote is prepared before any further work begins.

No additional work is carried out without the customer's consent.

How does the process work?

3Can the problem be resolved during the audit?

Yes

  • A report is produced
  • The service is complete

No

  1. 1.An action plan is drawn up
  2. 2.A quote is provided
  3. 3.Any additional work is carried out only after the customer confirms

Transparent pricing

The on-site system audit is a separate service.

If the system needs large-scale diagnostics, repairs or other additional work, the cost is always agreed with the customer in advance.

Why this approach?

Our goal isn't to offer quick fixes, but to achieve the most efficient and reliable operation of the system. If a problem can't be solved in a single visit, the customer always receives a written action plan and a clear quote before any further work begins.

If a problem can't be resolved with the AI analysis, you can book an on-site technician.

Transparency

How the analysis works — and what it doesn't do

We're upfront about both the numbers and their limitations.

How the score is calculated

The score starts at 100 points and deducts penalties based on flow temperature, COP, backup heating use, hot water temperature and Δt. We use Estonian climate reference data and baseline values for typical homes.

What data we use

Only the data you provide — heated floor area, annual electricity use, pump type, temperatures and usage issues. We don't monitor your pump or collect additional measurements.

Why savings are estimated

Actual savings depend on the climate, usage habits and the specifics of your home. We give a range (±25%) rather than a specific figure, because actual results may differ from it.

Frequently asked questions

What do heat pump owners ask?

More questions? We'll get in touch with you ourselves after the analysis.

Your safety matters to us

The analysis is informative and doesn't replace a check by a qualified technician. We never change your heat pump's settings automatically. Work involving electrical, refrigerant or warranty matters must be done by a qualified specialist.
